Instructions:

For the pancake wraps, mix eggs, flour and milk into a batter.

Melt some butter in a non-stick pan, pour in a ladleful of the batter and bake on both sides.

Tear the tuna into small pieces. Core and dice the tomatoes and finely slice the green onion.

Mix all ingredients to a salad and season with salt and pepper. Then spread on the pancakes and roll up.

Fry the pancake wraps carefully in a hot pan and serve.
