For the casserole with mince and raisins, soak the bread in water. Heat the oil and butter together and sauté the onions until translucent. Mix the mince with the garlic, the vegetable curry, the raisins and the almond flakes in a large bowl. Add the onions with the fat and the bread to the mince and mix well. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish. Put the lemon leaves in it and bake in the hot oven for 30 minutes. Whisk the milk and eggs and pour over the casserole. Return the casserole with mince and raisins to the oven and bake for about 5 minutes until the eggs are set.
