Try this delicious pasta dish:

Mix flour and salt in a large baking bowl. Mix curd with eggs and cow’s milk and blend with flour to make a smooth, thick dough. Cover and let stand 1/2 hour. Meanwhile, drain the cherries properly. Then mix them into the dough.

Heat butter in a frying pan, pour in half the amount of dough. Cover the pan and lower the temperature. When the pancake is golden on the bottom, tear it into small pieces with two forks.

Let them brown, turning them frequently to the other side. Remove from the frying pan and keep warm. Cook the remaining part in the same way.

Put on the table dusted with enough fine sugar.
