For the mini stollen, cream the butter. Gradually stir in sugar and vanilla sugar, add yolks one at a time.
Mix flour with baking powder and stir in 2 portions with lemon juice and lemon zest. Add the rest of the ingredients, cut out small heaps of the mixture with the help of 2 coffee spoons and place them on a baking tray with enough space between them.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C top/bottom heat or 160 °C hot air for approx. 15 minutes until they turn slightly brown.
Sprinkle the cookies with powdered sugar while they are still hot.
