A cake recipe for all foodies:
(*) Ingredients for a baking tray or a cake springform pan (26 cm) Fresh, light and fruity! Cream butter and 100 grams of sugar, beat in the yolks one by one. Stir in the curd cheese and the nuts and finally stir in the egg whites beaten until stiff with the remaining sugar. Spread this mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 150 °C for 20 to 25 minutes. (In the cake springform pan about an hour).
Place the raspberries close together on the warm base. Dust with powdered sugar and serve on the spot with espresso or coffee.
