Mix raisins, candied orange peel, candied lemon peel and almond kernels with rum and let stand for one night. Mix flour with cardamom, dry yeast, salt, cinnamon, ground cloves and sugar in a baking bowl. Knead everything together with the dough hook of a hand mixer until smooth. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about an hour. Knead the dough again on a floured surface with your hands, gradually kneading in the fruit mixture.
