For the melon snack, cut the melon into 4 parts, remove the seeds, cut out all but 1 cm of the flesh and cut into cubes.

Mix picotta with grated apple, lemon juice and sweetener. Fill the melon pieces with it, top with fruit pulp cubes and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.

Refrigerate the melon snack.
