For the marzipan punch balls, melt the chocolate over steam or over very low heat in the microwave and allow to cool slightly.

Mix the sugar with the nuts, add the lemon juice and rum. Add the melted chocolate and mix everything well. Finally, add the jam.

Let the punch mix well for about an hour.

Wet your hands with cold water and form small balls from the marzipan. Cover them with the punch mixture.

Roll the finished punch balls in coconut flakes, brittle or chopped pistachios and refrigerate.
