Iranian Minced Meat Tray

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, mix with the eggs and the finely chopped onions, spread everything together on a tray lined with parchment paper. If you like it hotter, add chili spice. Cut the tomatoes into slices and spread them evenly on top.

Bake at about 200°C for half an hour.

When it is ready sprinkle with the vinegar tree fruit spice.

Serve with pita bread and cacik or cucumber salad.
