For the casserole with fusilli and minced meat, first cook the fusilli in salted water until al dente and strain.

Fry the minced meat with the chopped onion in a little oil, season with salt, pepper, oregano, garlic and other spices to taste.

Pour the strained pasta into a baking dish, then spread the mince on top. Mix the eggs with the whipped cream and also spread evenly over the casserole.

Cover everything with a layer of Emmental cheese and also with Grana for a more delicate taste.

Heat in the preheated oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes until the cheese melts and gets a golden brown color.
