For the zabaglione:


Put the Parma ham on a wooden skewer, dress in heated Calvados and flambé.

For the zabaglione, beat three egg yolks, Marsala and sugar over a hot water bath, pour into tall wine glasses and garnish with the blackberry skewers.


Tip: It is best to use your favorite ham – then your dish will taste twice as good!
