Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Trim the stem end of the mushrooms and clean them carefully with kitchen paper. Fry meat strips and onion pieces in hot fat. Lower the heat and add the mushrooms cut into strips. Season with salt and pepper, add whipping cream and steam for about 10 minutes.

Season with sherry. Sprinkle with finely chopped chives before serving.

Grainy cooked long grain rice belongs to it.
