Melt chocolate over a water bath or in the microwave. Mix chocolate pudding powder and milk and prepare pudding. Cool over and stir the melted chocolate into the pudding. Cover with plastic wrap and let cool. Cream soft coconut oil and stir in the overcooled chocolate pudding. Season to taste with rum, if desired.
