Instructions:

For the chocolate nougat eggs, pierce the chicken eggs on both sides with a needle and slightly enlarge the hole on one side. Blow out the eggs and use the contents for other preparations.

Wash and dry the egg shells thoroughly. Now melt the white chocolate over a water bath. Using a syringe without a needle (pharmacy), squirt the melted chocolate into the chicken eggs, turning the egg so that the chocolate can spread evenly inside.

Do the same with all the eggs. Chill the eggs so that the chocolate hardens. Now melt the nougat mixture also over the water bath and pour it into the white chocolate eggs also with the help of the syringe.

Let the eggs cool and fill the gaps created by the cooling process with reheated nougat until the eggs are completely filled.

Preliminarily clean the outside of the eggs with a paper towel moistened with warm water and place them in the Easter nest. You can also paint the Easter eggs with food coloring or color them before filling.
