Instructions:

Remove peel from potatoes, rinse, make and mash. Cut carrots into slices and cook in salted water until tender. Drain and add to the mashed potatoes form. Add the beef broth, mix well and season heartily with the spices. Chop ham or sausage spread and heat in soup.

Beef soup buttermilk or milk to use.
