For the chicken fillet with dried tomatoes, heat the garlic in olive oil. Wash the meat, pat dry, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt, pepper and sear on all sides in the pan. Immediately let cool again and vacuum seal in a bag with chopped tomatoes, rosemary, parsley and chives.

Steam the chicken fillet with dried tomatoes at 60 °C for 90 minutes and then serve immediately.
