For the carrot and apple muffins, soak the raisins in rum.

Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy. Mix the apples, carrots, rum raisins, walnuts and the yogurt and add to the beaten eggs.

Mix all the dry ingredients and stir into the egg mixture with the butter.

Pour the batter into molds and bake the carrot-apple muffins for 25 minutes at 180°C in a preheated oven with hot air.
