For the Sacher cake, mix the oil, powdered sugar, cocoa, yolks and water with a whisk, but do not beat!

Beat egg whites with semolina sugar. Lightly fold flour with baking powder and snow into the mixture.

Pour the mixture into a cake tin and bake at 180° C for about 1 hour.

Glaze the Sacher cake with a chocolate glaze and enjoy.
