For the cream soup of broccoli from broccoli cut off the florets, wash and cook in a steam strainer until tender.
You can also use the steamer.
Sauté the onion in butter and pour the cooking broth. Add the cooked broccoli florets and pour soup.
Add crème fraîche and spices and season well.
Blend with a hand blender and serve the broccoli cream soup with a dollop of whipped cream.
