For the crostini with broccoli, preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large pot and cook the broccoli florets in it for 10 minutes until al dente.
Drain and set aside. Heat one-third of the oil in a wok or large skillet.
Add garlic and chilies and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes, until broccoli is slightly browned.
Spread the broccoli mixture on the toasted bread slices, sprinkle with a little pepper and serve the crostini with broccoli immediately.
