Mass in the original recipe for 1-2 people plenty.
Cut the lobster meat into small pieces, finely dice the grapefruit, coarsely chop the eggs. Stir the mayo with a little grapefruit juice, add the whipped cream (whip to a stiff consistency if desired) and stir or lift.
Fill lobster meat, grapefruit cubes and eggs into shallow bowls or glasses, cover with sauce.
