Mix fresh cranberries with granulated sugar and a little lemon juice or red wine in a food processor (dough hook) for 30-60 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved (turn off the machine in between). Pour into hot rinsed jars and store in a cool and dark place (6-12 months shelf life!).
