Fish Soup with Porcini Mushrooms and Potatoes

Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Soak mushrooms in half of the water for 5 minutes, pour off mushroom water. Add remaining water and soak mushrooms for 10 minutes. Take out the mushrooms and squeeze a little bit.

Add mushrooms and potatoes to the heated clear soup, as well as thyme, celery and bay leaf spice. Season with salt a little bit and do everything together until the potatoes are almost soft.

Add the fish to the soup and let it simmer for 4-5 minutes. Bring the soup to the table sprinkled with parsley.

Note (tom): We always form 3-5 large carrots, cut into narrow slices, with it.
