Instructions:

For the scalloped vegetables, sauté the onion in a little olive oil and sauté the vegetables. (Add fresh herbs if necessary).

Season the cutlets with salt, pepper and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the cutlets briefly.

Place the cutlets in a baking dish and cover with the vegetables. Mix the eggs, Cremefine and grated Parmesan, add salt and pepper and spread over the vegetables.

Sprinkle with some grated parmesan.

Bake in the oven at 170 degrees top/bottom heat for 1 hour.
