For the potato cake, clean the peppers and cut them into small cubes, then dice the onions. Peel, boil and press the potatoes.

Add half of the bell bell pepper and onion to the potatoes. Mix with the marjoram, flour, oatmeal and yolks to form a firm dough.

Beat the remaining egg whites until stiff. Season the batter heavily with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper and fold in the beaten egg whites.

Grease any cake pan with breadcrumbs and pour in the batter and bake at 180-200 °C in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.

In the meantime, mix the remaining onions and paprika with the yogurt and season with salt, bell pepper and cayenne pepper.
