Make a firm yeast dough from the ingredients with the kneading hacks of the mixer. Rest the dough for one hour with the lid closed.

Knead the dough once more and form into rolls. Bake at 250 °C for approx. 35 minutes (place a dessert bowl with water in the oven!).
