For the Raffaelo slices, first beat the eggs, sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.

Then slowly stir in oil and water. Mix flour with baking powder and nuts and fold in. Spread the dough on a greased and floured baking tray or on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C for approx. 30 minutes. It is best to test the dough with chopsticks.

Meanwhile, boil 250 ml of whipped cream with 2 bars of white milk chocolate and let cool. Then whip the remaining whipped cream and fold it into the cream.

At the end of the baking time, spread the cream on the cake and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
