For the banana dessert, grate orange peel, squeeze orange juice. Add the orange zest to the juice. Melt the butter in a ceramic pan.
Peel the bananas and cut them in half lengthwise. Fry banana halves briefly on both sides in the hot butter. Place bananas on 2 plates and empty the sugar into the pan, stir and brown for 1 – 2 minutes.
Deglaze with orange juice and let this mixture boil down for a few more minutes, empty over the bananas and serve decorated with chocolate flakes and cream ice cream.
