For the wholemeal spelt rolls, knead a rather soft dough from all ingredients in a food processor (2 minutes slowly and 7 minutes faster).

After kneading, cover the dough and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Then weigh out pieces of dough, 80 g each, shape into rounds and let rest again briefly covered.

Then shape into long rolls and roll in sunflower seeds. Place on a tray with paper, moisten with water and let rise again for about 20 minutes.

Then place in the preheated oven and bake the whole-grain spelt rolls for about 16-17 minutes at 210°C with plenty of steam.
