Instructions:

Mix sugar, eggs and a dash of white wine to a paste, nap over the toffifees and bake in deep fat until done.

For the sauce, stir through milk with enough cocoa powder, pour into a deep plate and arrange the baked toffifees in it. For garnish sprinkle with powdered sugar and decorate with mint leaves.
