For the pumpkin vegetables, peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Cut the flesh into thin slices.

Mix with cumin, vinegar, sugar and paprika powder and let stand for about 15 minutes. Peel and chop the onion.

Heat the oil and fry the onion. Add the squash and simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.

Pour in a little water as needed. Mix the flour in some water and bind the pumpkin with it. Finally add the cream and heat.

Arrange the sweet and sour pumpkin vegetables and serve.
