Homemade baby food – First baby food
For the rice pudding with peach, heat milk in a pot. Add the rice flakes and bring to the boil briefly. Remove from heat and allow to swell, stirring constantly.
Wash, halve and pit the peach. Simmer briefly in a little water. Then peel off the skin and puree with a hand blender. Mix with the rice porridge and now stir in the rapeseed oil.
If necessary, let the rice pudding with peach cool down to eating temperature.
