For the avocado-tomato salad, cut the avocados in half, remove the seeds, peel the fruit and place in a bowl.
Mash coarsely with a fork together with the lemon juice and salt. Squeeze the garlic to it.
Dice the tomatoes and mix with the avocados along with the cumin and chili.
Season the avocado-tomato salad and enjoy with fresh bread (baguette, ciabatta).
