Fried Cod Chop on Lentils

Peel and rinse the carrots and cut into pieces. Clean the leeks, rinse and cut into rings. Sauté both in a saucepan in 2 tbsp hot oil. Extinguish with a good 3/4 liter of water, bring to a boil. Mix in clear soup and lentils. Cook everything for about 35 minutes with the lid on.

Extra tip The cod chop provides valuable egg white and covers the daily requirement of iodine. The lentils contribute to the vitamin B supply.
