For the apple dumplings, whisk eggs with milk and whipped cream and stir in the flour and a pinch of salt. A very viscous dough should be formed.

Peel the apples, remove the core and cut the fruit into slices.

Heat butter in a large pan and melt sugar in it.

Caramelize the apple pieces in it.

At the same time, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot and cut out dumplings from the dough with a wet teaspoon and place them in the water (or plane them into the water with a dumpling plane).

As soon as the dumplings rise to the surface, strain them and add them to the apples in the pan. Fry until crispy.

Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the apple dumplings.
