Almond Drink with Amaretto Cream

For the almond drink, heat the almond milk with the chocolate strips in a saucepan until the chocolate has dissolved. In the meantime, whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and the Amaretto until stiff.

Pour the almond chocolate milk into 4 tall glasses, top with the amaretto cream. Sprinkle with crumbled amarettini and chocolate flakes.
