For the spice braid, mix the flour mixture with the oil and lukewarm water and stir until creamy. Stir in the yolks as well. Beat until stiff and fold into the mixture.
Finally, gently fold in the grated nuts, grated chocolate, candied fruit and raisins.
Pour into a lined pigtail mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees hot air for about 30 min. Test with a knitting needle.
