Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and dry them. Cut the orange peel with a zester, then remove the white peel and cut out fillets (without skin) from the remaining orange. Cut fillets into small pieces.
Pour strawberries, orange pieces and orange zest into a boiled and sterile pickle jar. Add the remaining ingredients, close the jar neatly and shake.
Place in a sunny place and shake every few days. Then store in a cool, dark place in the cellar.
Only at winter time filter through a filter or a fine tea towel and fill i into sterilized bottles.
Before use, store the strawberry liqueur for at least 14 days, tightly closed, in a cool and dark place.
