Remove the peel from the cucumber and grate coarsely, squeeze well and mix with the yogurt. Crush the garlic and add to the yogurt form with the mint leaves. Blend well with a hand blender, season vigorously with salt and freshly ground pepper. Chill.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
