Instructions:

Now children find it exceptionally difficult to get up early: it is still dark in the morning, chilled and often damp. With these teas, they get up faster and can warm up properly before kindergarten all over again.

Kitchen herbs witch: anise, caraway, peppermint and thyme pour the boiling water. Steep the tea for 10 min, sweeten with honey. Pour through a sieve into the glasses.

Fruit dream: Pour the boiling water over the fruit tea and liquorice. Steep for 10 to 15 min. Grate the orange peel and squeeze the orange. Pour the tea through a sieve, mix with orange juice and peel.

Calming tea: Finely chop the apple rings. Put the anise seed and the lemon balm in a tea filter and pour the boiling water and the warmed apple juice together with the apple pieces. Steep the tea for 15 minutes. Remove the tea filter and sweeten the tea with maple syrup.
