A cake recipe for all foodies:
Prepare all dough ingredients according to known pattern to a yeast dough. While the dough is rising, remove the peel from the apples, grate coarsely and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, mix with the raisins. Then mix the poppy seeds with the eggs, liquid fat and hazelnuts.
Roll out the yeast dough on a greased baking tray, sprinkle the apples on it, then spread the poppy seed mixture evenly over it.
Mix the ingredients for the crumble well and spread evenly over the cake.
