For the fan cake with three fillings, first prepare the dough. To do this, mix well the oil, granulated sugar, egg yolks and milk, stir in 2/3 of the flour and knead with the remaining third to form a firm dough.
For the poppy seed filling, bring the poppy seeds, sugar, oil and milk to a boil. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
For the nut filling, mix the nuts with sugar, pour over milk, stir in the remaining ingredients.
Finally, it’s time for the apple filling. For this, peel and finely grate the apples, season with sugar and cinnamon, add a little water and stew until soft.
Line a springform pan with 2/3 of the dough. Pour poppy seed, nut and apple filling on top one after the other.
Form rolls from the remaining dough and place them as a lattice on the top filling. Put the fan cake with three fillings into the preheated oven at 180°C and bake for about 45 minutes.
