For the baked kohlrabi, peel the kohlrabi, cut into slices not too thick, blanch in salted water and cut in half if necessary – depending on the size.
Beat the eggs, add a dash of milk and salt and mix. Then turn the kohlrabi slices first in the flour, then in the egg and finally in the breadcrumbs.
Heat plenty of oil in a frying pan and fry the kohlrabi slices in it (floating) until golden brown.
