Clean, rinse and drain the spinach. Sauté the onion cubes in light butter and add the grated carrots and the chopped nuts. Add the whole spinach leaves and sauté for 15 minutes. Mix sour cream and starch flour and thicken the spinach liquid with it. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
