For the curry potato wedges, mix the canola oil with salt and curry powder in a large bowl. Here you can quietly salt heavily.
Cut potatoes into small wedges and add to bowl. Stir until all potato wedges are coated.
Cover a baking tray with baking paper and spread the potato wedges on it so that they do not lie on top of each other.
Bake at 200 °C for about 20-30 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove the Curry Potato Wedges from the oven and let them cool down a bit.
