For the vegetable porridge, peel and finely dice the carrots, zucchini and potatoes. Wash and finely chop the broccoli and cauliflower. Put the vegetables together in a pot, cover with water and cook until soft. Add a little butter or oil and puree everything into a fine vegetable paste.
