For the crostini with young onions and raw ham, preheat the oven to 200°C top heat. Fry the bread slices in a little olive oil until golden brown on both sides. Take them out, let them drain on a paper towel and keep them warm.
Slice the onions finely and mix them with the grated Parmesan cheese, some Tabasco sauce and the pressed garlic. Spread the onion mixture on the toasted bread slices and bake in the oven for about 2 minutes. Then remove and garnish the crostini with prosciutto and olives with young onions and raw ham.
