For the spelt-apricot porridge, soak orange juice, water and spelt flakes overnight in a small pot. In the morning, heat the pot on the stove and cook the porridge for about 3 minutes.
While this is going on, scald the apricots with boiling water, rinse and skin. Cut them into wedges. Add apricot pieces and rice sweetener to the porridge and mix well, serve warm.
