Christmas Apple Cookies

For Christmas apple cookies, wash, peel and dice the apples.

Mix all ingredients except flour, cocoa and baking powder and let stand for about 3 hours.

Mix flour with baking powder and cocoa and add to apple mixture.

Turn the dough into small balls with wet hands and flatten them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Bake the apple cookies in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for about 15 minutes.
