For the salmon fillet with cocktail tomatoes, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Pour some olive oil into a baking dish. Dab the salmon fillets dry, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper, sprinkle with rosemary and place in the baking dish.

Halve cocktail tomatoes and add to fillets. Finely chop basil leaves and sprinkle on top. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes and serve hot.
